I get game devs are super sensitive to their reviews especially for new unestablished studios, but honestly the last thing Valve wants to do is prevent people who own the game from reviewing it regardless if they have 'the best hardware' or 'required hardware'. SteamVR already checks roomscale on every single game via library so it should be able to communicate with the review system too.
